6. He Instructs
When God speaks, the Holy Spirit instructs. We have the optimum choice to listen when His Word is present and position ourselves to learn. Instruction can only happen when the hearer embraces the Spoken Word. Had Phillip not heard the Word through the revelation of the Holy Spirit and followed the instructions, he would have missed the opportunity to set forth His-story.
Acts 8:29
Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot.
Most Gracious God with a oneness, we thank you for the testimony of Jesus by Your Holy Ghost. We praise you for the Spirit of Truth. We bless thy Holy Name. We declare and decree blessings upon those who hear the Word and follow the testimony of God by the Holy Spirit, so that, all who come into the Faith will know Him for His Love. Now, for the Kingdom and the Glory of God, we petition, the anointing, the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
