Lack of Faith

It feels like a charley horse (muscle spasm) in a limb when you have a lack of faith, or does it? Do you feel some kinda way when you expect things to be a certain way but, you doubt if it will work. 2 Corinthians 5:7, we who are in Christ, walk by Faith and not by "our" sight, His Faith, not our faith but His Faith in us.

A major factor in the lack of faith is our perception of who Jesus is to us. All of us start at the foot of the cross but we are not supposed to stay there. Faith has to grow, Christianity is a Faith-based, without Faith it is impossible to please God, Hebrews 11:6. Everything that Jesus claimed He did, His life was perfect righteousness, His death was the atoning sacrifice for our sins, He rose three days after His crucifixion, He holds the Keys of Life and Death and He still keeps His Word. God grants us Grace because of our Faith. The second reason for our lack of Faith is our lack of works, works without Faith is dead, James 2:14-26.

If we say as the Psalmist David, in Psalm 51:10, Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me. Then, John 9:4-5 will be true, for we will do the works of Him that sent us and the Light that is in the world will shine through us to those who are in the darkness.

Exodus 14:13-14 (10-31)

And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the Lord, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever. The Lord shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.

Almighty Father, we come with the oneness of spirit, standing in trust of Your salvation thanking You for showing us peace in the midst of our enemies. We praise You for our peace, with meekness and longsuffering. We decree and declare blessings upon those who stand still and fear not to see the salvation of the Lord, so that; the vision of the Lord will be revealed and the righteous enter in the Kingdom of God. Now, for the Kingdom and the Glory of God, we petition, with anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
