Family Prayer Series
Pray for His Heart:
Ask that Christ as Chief Ruler would sit upon it, that your husband would love God with all his heart and soul and might, that he’d love his neighbor as himself. (Mark 12:30-31) Pray for his heart to remain kind toward you (Proverbs 5:18-19) and to be entwined to the hearts of his children. (Malachi 4:6)
Mark 12:30-31
And thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind, and with all thy strength: this is the first commandment. And the second is like, namely this, Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. There is none other commandment greater than these.
Adonai, Master Over All (Deuteronomy 3:24) we partition You in a oneness of Spirit by giving thanks for being the Ruler of our hearts. We praise You for giving us a heart of love for our neighbor as ourselves. Bless us to have a kind heart and to be open for favor especially toward the hearts of our children. This we pray with an anointing, in the name of Jesus Christ our Savior, Amen.
