Increase In Wisdom
Many elements of ministry are not easily discerned. A brother and wife are having serious confrontations, and the husband strongly feels one way and the wife another. A member is asking for financial support but has a history of mismanaged finances. Leaders need the anointing of God’s wisdom to navigate these areas.
James 1:5
If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
Jehovah Magen, The LORD my Shield (Deuteronomy 33:29); we come in a spirit of oneness with a heart filled with thanksgiving for discernment of spirits and the gift of wisdom for our leader. We give praise to Your gifts given without disapproval or disappointment. We declare the blessings of wisdom and discernment on our leader so that, when they speak or act, they do it with Your anointing and understanding. This we pray with an anointing, in the name of Jesus Christ our Savior, Amen.
