Unfaithful Prophets To Truth

The final story of Ahab revealed in 1 Kings 22 shows us the unfaithful prophets of God and the act of a faithful prophet who stood alone. King Ahab was king of Israel and sought to hear the Truth which is why he sent for the true prophet of God. The 400 unfaithful prophets that gathered to tell pleasing stories were liars and Ahab knew better and if you know God you will recognize Truth when you hear it as well, in the name of the Lord. As in this day and time Truth has to be in the Name of the Lord or it will be a lie. Beware spirits that carry lies just make sure that you know the difference!

Psalm 15:1-2

Lord, who shall abide in thy tabernacle? who shall dwell in thy holy hill? He that walketh uprightly, and worketh righteousness, and speaketh the truth in his heart.

1 Kings 22:13-22

And the messenger that was gone to call Micaiah spake unto him, saying, Behold now, the words of the prophets declare good unto the king with one mouth: let thy word, I pray thee, be like the word of one of them, and speak that which is good. And Micaiah said, As the Lord liveth, what the Lord saith unto me, that will I speak. So he came to the king. And the king said unto him, Micaiah, shall we go against Ramothgilead to battle, or shall we forbear? And he answered him, Go, and prosper: for the Lord shall deliver it into the hand of the king. And the king said unto him, How many times shall I adjure thee that thou tell me nothing but that which is true in the name of the Lord? And he said, I saw all Israel scattered upon the hills, as sheep that have not a shepherd: and the Lord said, These have no master: let them return every man to his house in peace. And the king of Israel said unto Jehoshaphat, Did I not tell thee that he would prophesy no good concerning me, but evil? And he said, Hear thou therefore the word of the Lord: I saw the Lord sitting on his throne, and all the host of heaven standing by him on his right hand and on his left. And the Lord said, Who shall persuade Ahab, that he may go up and fall at Ramothgilead? And one said on this manner, and another said on that manner. And there came forth a spirit, and stood before the Lord, and said, I will persuade him. And the Lord said unto him, Wherewith? And he said, I will go forth, and I will be a lying spirit in the mouth of all his prophets. And he said, Thou shalt persuade him, and prevail also: go forth, and do so.

Jehovah Maginnenu (The LORD Our Defense, Psalm 89:18); we thank You for the place of Your Tabernacle and the santucary of Your Holy Hill. We praise You for the Truth spoken by faithful servants who will not bend to the spirit of lies. We declare and decree blessings upon those who witness Your Glory with faithfulness and do not faint at the voice of lions, so that the ears of the faithfull will hear the Truth of Your voice and give You the Glory. Now, for the sake of the Kingdom and for the Glory of God, we petition, with an anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
