The Truth of Restitution

The entire 22nd chapter of Exodus gives a clear understanding of restitution with "stand your ground" and "reasonable force" principles that we are imitating today in our Western culture "law enforcement" we emphasis western culture because we tend to forget the culture migrated from the East and what we do is only a modified adjustment based on things that have been done long before. The Truth of John 16 is that Jesus said that He must go away so that He could send the Comforter, the Paracletus, the Holy Helper. The Holy Spirit came because He was sent, sent with a purpose to help us who seek the Truth of God. The Truth of Jesus is the Truth of God and the Truth of the Holy Spirit and they are all on one accord. The Spirit will never disagree with the Father and the Son and the Son will never disagree with the Father or the Spirit. Can we find Truth with His Holy Spirit and embrace the principles of restitution which could go into a much deeper discussion.

John 16:7

Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.

Exodus 22:2-3

If a thief be found breaking up, and be smitten that he die, there shall no blood be shed for him. If the sun be risen upon him, there shall be blood shed for him; for he should make full restitution; if he have nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft. Nevertheless, I tell you the truth: it is to your advantage that I go away, for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you. But if I go, I will send him to you.

Elohei Chasdi, God of my kindness, goodness and faithfulness (Psalm 59:17); As the dew comes in the morning we adorn You with our thanksgiving. Numbered as the stars in the heavens so is it with our praise as we come in a spirit of oneness to honour Your name. We decree and declare our sacred blessings upon those who have raised the banner of salvation and forsaken the desires of the heart for a heart of Christ, so that redemption passed on to us for the Glory of God may be established in His Kingdom now and forever. Now, for the sake of the Kingdom and for the Glory of God, we petition, with an anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
