Control of your emotions is something you can inherit from your DNA (heritage, Joy DeGruy). If you are raised in an calm environment, then you are most likely to be calm. For those of us where the wild and crazy was or is the norm, when it will require more work.
The achievement in this hack is to gain a level of calmness that is sponsored by a spirit of gentleness and self-control. Establishing an reaction of calmness is an awesome goal. If little things bother you, practice being calm by reacting in gentle ways, check your self on a regular basis to reflect what you could have done before you do it. Exercising self control is the preferred method of control as apposed to control by others.
Self control allows us the appreciation to introspectively do what we need to do with the intervention of and outside influence. Think about what you can do to control your emotions.
Galations 5:23 Gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.
Elohim Tsebaoth, God of Hosts (Psalm 80:7), we thank You for the consideration of gentleness and self-control. We admonish You for Your Grace and Mercy which more than enough reason to praise You. We decree and declare blessings upon those who handle difficult situations with gentleness and self-control, so that the testimony of those sins are washed in the Blood of the Lamb which was slain will stand in the courts as an atonement for our sins. Now, for the sake of the Kingdom and for the Glory of God, we petition, with an anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
