Faith Must Have Agape

Faith, The Lifestyle of Saints

Faith Must Have Agape Having prophetic gifts, knowledge, understanding of mysteries, and great faith is not enough. Paul spoke to the Christians in Corinth with this warning, Faith must have charity (Agape Love) the God-Kind of Love, this is the love that Jesus demonstrated even to His death.

Agape Love is the God -kind of Love that permeates to all who will receive it. And our Faith in Jesus must be powered by this Love. If Jesus needed it then so do we. Whatever God powers, are what we want and need, to ensure that our works meet His standards and gratify His Kingdom. Don't give God what you want Him to have; don't be rejected like Cain, let Him motivate what motivates you, do His Will.

The Apostle Paul is showing us that Agape Love is valued above all the gifts, gifts are given based on the need of the person who needs them. Agape Love is given without regard to one's own self because it is the Love of God through Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians 13:2 And though I have the gift of prophecy, and understand all mysteries, and all knowledge; and though I have all faith, so that I could remove mountains, and have not charity, I am nothing.

The LORD My Shepherd, Jehovah Roi (Psalm 23:1); we thank You for the charity that is dyed in Your Love, the Agape Love where we submit to Your Kindness. We praise You for the gifts, knowledge, the understanding mysteries, great faith but greatest of all, Agape Love. We decree and declare blessings upon those who desire the True Love of God, so that; the energy spent in building our lives will clearly show the path to His Glory. Now, for the sake of the Kingdom and for the Glory of God, we petition, with an anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
