Evaluating Your Faith

Evaluating Your Faith

In this era of self-elevation, The Apostle Paul announces that "through the Grace given unto (him) me" that some of us need to sit down quietly. The rash of self-promotions to elevations in the ministry are very common nowadays and the trend is in full swing but it didn't begin in this century (Proverbs 22:29).

Promotion requires Grace, God's Grace. God's Grace is a divine refinement of movement and courteous goodwill or politeness. There is a movement of aggrandizing or moving toward an increase of power, status or enhancement of reputation without God's Grace. This places the person into a place of honor and only to be rebuffed and vulnerable to public disgrace. When God elevates there is a natural assentation or assent to the place of authority but self-promotion is made by someone who wants something that they are not and not worthy of the position or title. There is a lack of evidence, a lack of works and a lack of faith (Proverbs 25:6-7).

Romans 12:3

For I say, through the grace given unto me, to every man that is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think; but to think soberly, according as God hath dealt to every man the measure of faith.

Jealous God, El Kanna (Exodus 20:5); we thank You for the evaluation of our Faith in Jesus Christ. We praise You for the efficacious Grace anointed by the power of Your Holy Ghost. We decree and declare blessings upon those who patiently wait for Your empowerment, so that; the Kingdom of God will sprout effective life and bring the harvest in Your House. Now, for the sake of the Kingdom and the Glory of God, we petition, with anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
