12. He Intercedes For Us
We pray, but the Holy Spirit makes intercession for us. How wonderful the occasions where we have an advocate, one who stands in the gap becoming a lawyer for us. One who understands the Glory of God and helps us without a thank-you. Our false sense of entitlement makes us believe that God owes us something.
Romans 8:26
Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
Almighty Father, we thank you for the Spirit, who helps us with our infirmities our weakness. We praise because we do not pray as we ought, but Your Spirit intercedes for us. We declare and decree blessings upon those who seek the help of the Holy Spirit, so that, all who receive intercession will be blessed. Now, for the Kingdom and the Glory of God, we petition the anointing, the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
