Performance Measurement

Performance Measurement

"Improvement in an individual, group, or organizational performance cannot occur unless there is some way of getting performance feedback. Feedback is having the outcomes of work communicated to the person, work group, or company." (Reference for Business) Are there spiritual examples of this type, yes! What we shall see is what performance measurement has been revealed in the Bible for years.

1 Samuel 18:6-7, carries the narrative of King Saul and David, the women danced in the street of all the cities of Israel the performance of Saul and David and Saul got bloodshot mad. The measurement of David, who out shined King Saul, was recognized by the entire country. When the anointing is the catalyst, then performance will shine like the sun because it was done with the Faith of the Son.

As David fled Saul on a mission, we too must be careful where we run. David took flight during his fight and lost access to reason and landed on the footsteps of an enemy. God can and has made our enemies our footstools (Psalm 23).

1 Samuel 21:11

And the servants of Achish said unto him, Is not this David the king of the land? did they not sing one to another of him in dances, saying, Saul hath slain his thousands, and David his ten thousands?

The LORD God of gods, the LORD, mighty, powerful, strong One overall, Jehovah El Elohim (Joshua 22:22), we thank You for performance measurement examined through the established Word. We praise You for our accountability to be counted in the substance of Faith. We decree and declare blessings upon those who hear the Words of the True King and Glorify His Name, so that; with Your spirit, we can stand in the midst of our enemies and not faith for Thou art with us. Now, for the Kingdom and the Glory of God, we petition, with anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
