Real Metrics 9

Performance In Christianity series

Real Metrics 9

In this final metric we establish the baseline. Six Sigma methodology teaches a before and after measurement in baseline performance, and it is used to develop the improvement of the team. In performance in Christianity, all works must be done in Faith, and without Faith no works for the Kingdom of God can be done in the name of Jesus.

The collection of works certifies the capability and the intelligent of the Faith Worker. When we teach the fundamentals of Christianity, the importance of growth protrudes as a fresh blade of grass from moist soil. It must be cultivated and trimmed for the beauty of the lawn and extend further than the blade can fathom. If all the blades stand apart, then the beauty of the lawn will not be valued, but when brought together to provide a lush green carpet of vegetation that pleases the Master.

The performance metric is a smaller part of a more significant metric that we call the Body of Christ (1 Corinthians 12:12-31), and each part must do its job well. Understanding the task of decoding the complexities of the metrics in performance bears the forbearance of this, prove all things, in deed and in word by Faith (Matthew 7:15-20).

1 Thessalonians 5:21

Prove all things; hold fast that which is good.

The LORD the Judge, Jehovah Hashopet (Judges 11:27), we thank You for the provision of a performance metric. We praise You for our walk of Faith as we endeavor to work for You. We decree and declare blessings upon those who don't hesitate in acts of obedience, so that; by proving all things, we hold fast to that which is good. Now, for the Kingdom and the Glory of God, we petition, with anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
