Unbelief Leads to Death
This passage of scripture, Hebrews 3:12, gives us a warning; the writer tells us to take heed or pay attention. The identifying notion is recognizing the hearts of unbelievers, those who resist the Living God and His Son Jesus.
There is a clear identification; unbelievers serve a dead god. The liberation of the living is that they serve a living God. We qualify the living as those who will experience everlasting life and not damnation in hell. Hebrews 3:8 bears the warning of the Holy Ghost, Harden not your hearts, as in the provocation, in the day of temptation in the wilderness:
We make gods, but there is only one True Living God, and His son is Jesus Christ. Who will you serve? Joshua 24:15, as for me and my house, we will serve the Lord.
Hebrews 3:12
Take heed, brethren, lest there be in any of you an evil heart of unbelief, in departing from the living God.
God of My Righteousness, Elohe Tsadeki (Psalm 4:1); we thank You for the identification of the condition of our hearts, we serve a Living God. We praise You for the everlasting Life and soft hearts. We decree and declare blessings upon those who have decided to follow Jesus, so that; by Faith, the hardened hearts will be softened and receive the Lord God as sovereign. Now, for the sake of the Kingdom and the Glory of God, we petition, with anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
