This type of “in-too-me-see” intimacy is about controlling one’s emotional and sexual preferences and the drifting from the true purpose that God created in us. While it may be popular for people to engage in sexual behaviors without the benefit of marriage or explore same gender intimacy, it is not of God!
Paul in dealing with the church in Ephesus gave clear instructions as far as conduct of the saints. There are many scriptures that highlight sexual misconduct outside the bounds of male/female marital intimacy, especially within the House of God.
But fornication, and all uncleanness, or covetousness, let it not be once named among you, as becometh saints; Neither filthiness, nor foolish talking, nor jesting, which are not convenient: but rather giving of thanks.
Elohim Kedoshim, Holy God (Joshua 24:19); we thank You for giving us control over our sexual intimacy, for we seek to please You as we are a part of Your Kingdom. We praise You for removing the thoughts of fornication, covetousness, filthiness, foolish talking or jesting. We declare blessings to cover the weakness of the saints with the blood of Jesus so that we may be able to stand faultless before Your throne in Glory at the Bema Seat of Christ. This we pray with an anointing, in the name of Jesus Christ our Savior, Amen.
