God Gives Us A Spirit Of Strength And Power
Through faith in Christ, we are given a spirit of power, love, and discipline, and for that reason, we have nothing to fear. We can hold onto his promises and be confident that he'll see us through even the darkest of days.
Finding Safety In His Presence
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the LORD, [He is] my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
In singing songs, we reinforce God's motive and objective as not only our Savior but our salvation. The key to accepting the Savior is a choice, but salvation is the glorification of His eternal promise. In this Psalm, we discover that we who choose to live saved: are under the providence of Heaven (v. 1, 4); delivered from the malice of the powers of darkness (v. 3); distinguished by preservation (v. 7, 8); protected by Holy Angels (v. 10-12); triumph over their enemies (v. 13); become the favorites of God (v. 14-16).
If you are dealing with Covid-19 or its effects, your choice of being saved is evident before your salvation. Think not about the cares of this world but the life that comes because of the choice you make while living this life (Colossians 3:2, Matthew 6:25-26, Luke 12:31-32,34).
Jehovah El Elyon, The LORD, the Most High God - Genesis 14:22; we thank You for the providence of Your presence. We praise You with our whole heart that we might serve You. We decree and declare the blessing (the indwelling of the Holy Spirit) upon those who sing of Your presence, so that; we establish our safety through our salvation, let us resist pervicacity with obedience. Now, for the Kingdom and Glory of God, we petition, with anointing, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior, Amen.
