Troubled Times (COVID-19 pandemic series)
Though we aren’t promised an easy life, we are told that Christ will be there with us when we believe in Him, that he won’t give us more than we can handle with His help, and even our hard times can be used to glorify God.
Following His Instructions
Philippians 4: 12-13
I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound: every where and in all things I am instructed both to be full and to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need. I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.
The Apostle Paul wrote to the Church in Philippi a reminder of instruction. When looking for hope having a base is critical to success. Paul spoke about being trained and prepared. A prepared heart is full of joy even in the time of adversity. Has your heart been prepared?
Jehovah, Lord, Master, and Relational God- Genesis 2:4. We who love You lift thanksgiving. For the strong teaching of faithful hearts, we give You praise. We declare and decree the blessing (the indwelling of the Holy Spirit) upon those who sustain and are palm in the time of a storm, so that; the instruction of the righteous abound now and forever. Now, for the Kingdom and Glory of God, we petition, with anointing, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
