Power Through Faith

Troubled Times (COVID-19 pandemic series)

The Hope of Eternal Life and Salvation

Power Through Faith

1 Peter 1:3

Blessed [be] the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, which according to his abundant mercy hath begotten us again unto a lively hope by the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you, Who are kept by the power of God through faith unto salvation ready to be revealed in the last time.

Since we, the children of God, kept by the power of God, through faith (in Jesus Christ) unto salvation are blessed by the association of (Jesus) His Son, we receive His Mercy. In times of crisis, we tend to release our grip on the promise of God for the persisting issue of our troubled times. The inheritance incorruptible and undefiled does not fade in the face of adversarial conflict. Jennie Wilson born in 1857, on a farm near South Whitley, Indiana; afflicted with a spinal condition at age four, Wilson spent her life in a wheelchair. She never attended school but was educated at home shared these words:

Hold to His Hand, God's unchanging Hand.

Time is filled with swift transition,

Naught of earth unmoved can stand,

Build your hopes on things eternal,

Hold to God’s unchanging hand.

Sovereign God —1 Chronicles 29:11-13. God presides over every event, great or small, and He is in control of our lives. To be sovereign, He must be all-knowing and all-powerful, and by His sovereignty, He rules His entire creation, and for His Grace, we must say thank you. For the power of Faith through His untarnished Love, we are compelled to lift our voices in unity for praise. We declare and decree blessings upon those who subscribe to Your Holy Words of Promise that reveals our incorruptible inheritance and undefiled future, so that; as we hold to His hand, we faint not but walk by Faith in the virtue of our Savior Jesus Christ. Now, for the Kingdom and Glory of God, we petition, with anointing, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
