Refusing Salvation?

Troubled Times (COVID-19 pandemic series)

Where do we find our strength?

Refusing Salvation?

Isaiah 30:15-16

For thus saith the Lord GOD, the Holy One of Israel; In returning and rest shall ye be saved; in quietness and in confidence shall be your strength: and ye would not.

But ye said, No; for we will flee upon horses; therefore shall ye flee: and, We will ride upon the swift; therefore shall they that pursue you be swift.

Would we ignore salvation and the assurance of peace just to go your own way? Most of us do. The Children of Israel did too. In a time when we should seek God, we are determined to find another way. Our lives' quality will not be determined by how well we decided to live, but how well we surrender to the Holy One of Israel. Our strength is in Jesus, not in the self-inflicted nonsense; we say yes too.

Elohe Yakob, God of Jacob- Psalm 20:1; we thank you for allowing us to return and rest in salvation. We come in quietness and with confidence asking for Your strength.

We declare and decree the blessing (the indwelling of the Holy Spirit) upon those who say to Your rest, so that; we will discover the Truth in our salvation in such a time as this. Now, for the Kingdom and Glory of God, we petition, with anointing, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
