Troubled Times (COVID-19 pandemic series)
Though we aren’t promised an easy life, we know that Christ will be there with us when we believe in Him, that He won’t give us more than we can handle with His help, and even our hard times will glorify God.
The Establishment of God
2 Thessalonians 3:3
But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil. And we have confidence in the Lord touching you, that ye both do and will do the things which we command you.
To be “established” by the Lord means to have been in His existence for a long time and having a recognizable acceptance in His presence. Romans 8:29-30 and Ephesians 1:5 refer to those whom God called before we knew who we were, in essence, we are chosen, we are predestined. Are you the establishment of God?
Adonai, Master Over All - Deuteronomy 3:24. We thank You for Your kindness for You are faithful and have established us. We come in a spirit of oneness glorifying Your name with excellence, for our confidence is You, we praise You. We decree and declare the blessing (the indwelling of the Holy Spirit) upon those who find favor in You, so that; the establishment of the righteous who feel Your touch will do the things You have commanded. Now, for the Kingdom and Glory of God, we petition, with anointing, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
