Hebrews 13:5-6
Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.
The movement of covetousness, greed, acquisition, grasping, avaricious means having or showing a strong desire for material possessions. Talking covetous implies an inordinate desire for somebody else's possessions. Having a relationship with God through Jesus Christ is the greatest of all that we can ever have on earth or heaven. He promised never to leave us, nor abandon us. With Him, we do not fear anything, not even death by COVID-19!
Jehovah Nissi, The LORD My Banner - Exodus 17:15; we thank You for Godly conversation where we joyfully engage without covetousness. We lift our voices in praise for the promise that You would abandon us or leave us. We decree and declare the blessing (the indwelling of the Holy Spirit) upon those who are content with the greatest gift on earth, so that; we who look to Jesus will be empowered with boldness and say the Lord is my helper. Now, for the Kingdom and Glory of God, we petition, with anointing, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
