The Seed of Sin is Worry, pt 1 (the witnesses)

Worry Goes Away When We Focus On Him

When we keep our focus where it needs to be, on Jesus, worry about COVID-19 tends to melt away.

No one can pray and worry at the same time. - Max Lucado

The Seed of Sin is Worry, pt 1 (the witnesses)

Hebrews 12:1-2

Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset [us], and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of [our] faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

The great assembly of witnesses is a provisional vision of God's Grace. If we can sustain the weight of self-inflicted nonsense, we can avoid being weak with SIN; the world watches us to ascertain if the Truth will be revealed. The witnesses are the lost who are looking for salvation, contrary to the commentary of David Guzik, who surmised that we are being viewed by previous champions of faith as spectators, not true (Ecclesiastes 9:5). The Bible does not support people in Heaven until the Great White Throne Judgement (Revelation 20:11-15). Will you be a witness of Faith during the pandemic of COVID-19?

Jehovah Roi, The LORD My Shepherd - Psalm 23:1; we thank You Almighty Father of Faith for the confidence that You have implanted within us. We praise You for the relief of every weight that holds us down and causes us to stumble. We declare and decree the blessing (the indwelling of the Holy Spirit) for those who see the great cloud of witnesses as lost people, so that; with boldness, we can run this race with patience as it is set before us. Now, for the Kingdom and Glory of God, we petition, with anointing, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
