The Strength of The Lord - 4

Psalm 41:1-4

[[To the chief Musician, A Psalm of David.]] Blessed is he that considereth the poor: the LORD will deliver him in time of trouble. The LORD will preserve him, and keep him alive; and he shall be blessed upon the earth: and thou wilt not deliver him unto the will of his enemies. The LORD will strengthen him upon the bed of languishing: thou wilt make all his bed in his sickness. I said, LORD, be merciful unto me: heal my soul; for I have sinned against thee.

The sound will of the Father is that His love for us is sufficient to secure us from all evil (John 6:39-40). The Lord says that He will bless us upon the earth (Genesis 12:3, Psalms 115:12). That indicates that the result of consideration of the poor is not a futuristic promise due in eternity but a position of the immediacy of something in our lifetime on earth. There is also a statement about protection from enemies; God will not deliver us to the will of our enemies (Psalm 121:1-8). God respects us and has compassion for us who heed His Word. Will you be blessed and protected from your enemies by your love for others?

Jehovah Tsidkenu, The LORD Our Righteousness - Jeremiah 23:6; we thank You for being the Lord our Righteousness. We praise You for the blessing on this earth and deliverance from the will of our enemies. We declare and decree the blessing (the indwelling of the Holy Spirit) upon those who are blessed on this earth; so that, we are protected from the will of our enemies. Now, for the Kingdom and Glory of God, we petition, with the anointing of the Holy Ghost, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
