Spiritual and Emotional Healing
Sin, abuse, neglect, rejection, betrayal all cause significant emotional and spiritual pain that hurt just as physical pain does. God, our Great Physician, can ultimately heal our broken hearts and bind our wounds, healing and making us whole. Spiritual and emotional healing is often a process with steps that we need to put action behind. Use these scriptures to guide your heart and mind toward full recovery.

Matthew 11:25-30
At that time Jesus answered and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes. Even so, Father: for so it seemed good in thy sight. All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him. Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.
In a rabbinic discourse, the yoke is a metaphor of fantastic portion; it sets the contrast for devotion to the "yoke of man" and the "yoke of the Kingdom of Heaven (Jesus)." Both of these yokes have a purpose. In a non contemporary sense, the symbolism of His yoke is a means of guidance. In a classical sense, yokes were used to control the power of pertinence. Yokes can also reflect self or directed control (Lamentations 3:27) talks about our youth which is usually one of the most rebellious times in our lifetimes. Without a yoke, youth are inclined to be dangerous and rebellious. Are you so afraid of control that you will deny yourself the ease of Jesus?
Jehovah Elohim, The LORD God - Genesis 2:4; we thank you for being The Lord God, the creator of everything. We praise You for demonstrating the mansuetude of Your yoke. We decree and declare the blessing (the indwelling of the Holy Spirit) upon those who see the metaphor of Your yoke, so that; embrace the yoke of the Kingdom of Heaven instead of the yoke of man. Now, for the Kingdom and Glory of God, we petition, with anointing, in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
