Going on a Trip?
For most of us going somewhere different, especially out of town can be exciting and motivational. A trip to see grandparents or to a monument can bring visions of life long memories. A trip is a journey with many mini-adventures and the path(s) we take should be considered carefully; most importantly, if we choose to walk with God through Jesus Christ, John 14:6.
The ways of the saints, God preserves are made plain and simple unlike the journeys some of us take to go shopping or to some exotic place in our imagination. The paths of judgment are about the trips and journeys we take or the decisions we make in life. Our choices take this way or that, but most importantly, we must choose the ways of the Lord, they are not impossible, they are His Ways. Where we find difficulty is in conforming to the life He has chosen for us and not the one we choose for ourselves, Jeremiah 29:11, Psalm 1:6. God wants us to prosper and He will never take us on a bad trip.
Proverbs 2:8
He keepeth the paths of judgment, and preserveth the way of his saints.
Most Gracious God, we thank you for the opportunity to travel and to do your will. We praise you for preparing the way of your people. We decree and declare blessings upon those who receive Angels of Mercy wherein we journey by Grace, so that; by the renewing of our minds we joyfully enter into the Kingdom of God. Now, for the Kingdom and the Glory of God, we petition, with anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
