Emergency Prayer Numbers series
The emotional memories stored in the central part of the amygdala, a small part of the brain, which plays a significant role in our thoughts of fear, such as things that are outside our control. Paul in Philippians 4:6-7, tells the Church in Philippi to be careful for nothing, but to do everything with prayer and supplication with thanksgiving. When you feel anxious the last thing you think about is prayer, but that is where the peace of God is.
When we fail to hear the Word of God we find ourselves in emotional destitution and become seduced by self-inflicted nonsense, things of our flesh and that are not of the Will of God. In Matthew 26:39, Jesus is recorded saying that not His Will but the Will of the Father is and most be done. It is only by His Will, will we find the Peace of God and cease from our troubles. In Daniel 3:16, Shadrach, Meshack and Abednego told King Nebuchadnezzar that they didn't have to weigh their answer, but spoke boldly as God allowed them. We have no need for anxiety because when we do God's work, we are in His Will.
Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Abba Father we thank You for Your Wisdom, in everything we that we pray and request through supplication with thanksgiving. We praise You in the peace of God with all understanding. We decree and declare blessings upon those who follow the Way of Jesus and are careful with nothing that concerns You, so that; by Your Peace and Understanding, we walk boldly into Your courts as workers in the Kingdom of God. Now, for the Kingdom and the Glory of God, we petition, with anointing in the name of Jesus Christ, our Lord, and Savior, Amen.
